Paying for your order at Steroids Warehouse is quick and secure. This page covers the payment methods we accept, how checkout works, and how we handle refunds and replacements if anything is not right with your order.

What we accept

You can pay using whichever of these is easiest for you:

  • PayPal Pay securely with your PayPal balance or with a card through PayPal.
  • Credit / Debit Card We accept all major cards through our secure checkout.
  • Crypto We also accept cryptocurrency, which is processed safely during checkout on our own site.

How checkout works

Shopping with us works the same way as any trusted online store. Add the items you want to your cart, head to the checkout page, and enter your details. You will see the full total before you confirm anything, so there are no surprises.

At checkout you choose your payment method and complete the payment securely on our site. Your payment is handled through our trusted payment providers, and your card or account details are never stored by us. Once your payment goes through, you will receive an order confirmation and we will begin preparing your order for shipping.

Is it safe to pay here?

Yes. Our checkout runs over a secure, encrypted connection, and payments are processed by established providers such as PayPal and our card payment partner. We never see or keep your full card details. If you ever have a question about a payment before or after you place an order, you are welcome to contact us using the details further down this page.

Refunds and replacements

We want you to be completely happy with what you receive. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving it and we will put it right for you.

The quickest way to help us sort it out is to send a clear photo of the product you received, along with your order number, to orders@steroids-warehouse.com. The photo lets us see exactly what arrived so we can resolve things without any back and forth.

Once we have looked into it, we will either refund you in full or send out a replacement, whichever you prefer. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and replacements are shipped at no extra cost to you.
