Orders will typically arrive to our customers in 12-20 days however orders can take up to 30 days if there is delays, we ask our customers to allow 7-15 days of no updates on tracking before reaching out for a reship or refund. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out.

We only ship to the USA, from a secure location in Europe.

Your parcel will be posted out same or next working day and a tracking number is provided for every order free of charge.

We will send your tracking number to the email address provided on the order page. If you have not been provided with a tracking number automatically within 48 hours please contact us and we will send this over manually.

We bill discreetly and is shown as on your statement as something normal. If you have concerns please contact us.

We can provide payment methods suited to those looking to pay via visa, Master Card or Paypal. To do this you must confirm your order with us and we will send over a place for you to enter payment details.

We can only issue refunds if we are made aware of an issue (e.g. order did not arrive or product damaged) and we will check whether a refund is best suited.

If something has not arrived please contact ASAP quoting either your order number or name you purchased under and we can check the tracking on the item. If it is lost in transit we will send another consignment.

Sometimes it takes up to 5 working days for the payment to show on your bank statement/online banking.

For us we see the payment instantly so if you are worried. Please email us or use the contact form.

All our parcels arrive with our customers is discreet and untraceable packages.

Yes we offer 10% discounts on orders valuing between $1000 and $1100, this is refund upon completion of payment, if you are interested in something like this please contact us.

In the unlikely event that this does happen we will automatically resend your order free of charge.
